Everyone is an Artist

Everyone is an Artist

If you look at a job, have a video shot on the iPhone, you would think this is art?
It's something I've been thinking more and more arts through social media, making use of new digital technologies. The current generation is the first digital age. They do not fear technology, which is a powerful force. It's essentially what it means is that the world is open to new and exciting things.

We are seeing now is this new, open world - sharing, collaboration, transparency and the empowerment of four principles. (Watch Don Tapscott of the "four principles" Open World "to learn more - this is a 15-minute YouTube presentation, this is not art, but very interesting, especially with regard worthy of starlings at the end of the video! )

The same principle also applies to the art world, though.
Emerging technologies allow distribution of intellectual and artistic freedom of expression. Art becomes available a wider range of people. There are no barriers to entry, you no longer need to draw or paint talent. Art is no longer art painting or sculpture. "Artist", it becomes somewhat blurred piece of art is a collaboration. There is no doubt that the artist would have to try new concepts and new media, but is becoming increasingly clear is that anyone can be an artist.

Technology facilitates cheaper, faster creativity. All of these people previously found paper, paint and clay is too challenging, you can now express their art.

Therefore, the whole future of art is changing. Previously, may always be seen as an expensive, exclusive of reach for most people, the arts will become our daily lives, access to part of it. Unlimited INFACT. This devaluation of the art? There the artist painted his masterpiece, it may take several months place? Arts education must also change the way - but this is a completely different topic.

I do not know a lot of answers to these questions, but it's something to think about. One thing is clear, however - the art of the future will certainly be different.
